Spoilt kid
Let me start by saying - I am one petulant fuck in life when I don't win, I detest losing more than I like winning, I'm a bit of a sport Billy and one of them annoying competitive pricks.

So normally West Ham results effect my mood but none more so than this season.

This ridiculously good run we have been on has quite frankly spoiled me, the big wins, the grabbing points from losing positions have all meant that weekend have had me in a good mood, the sun is shining, the birds are singing etc.

Yesterday no matter how much I expected it and could rationale it in my mind, it still made me sulk like a 5 year old who'd had the jam nicked out of his doughnut.

I rowed with the missus, ruined dinner and acted more of a prick than normal.

Apart from pissing your y fronts on here, how else do match results effect your weekend? Anyone kick the dog, punch the wall, get smashed etc?

Had a date with a Lithuanian bird. I effed and blinded a bit and she asked me what Vatford was.

Lithuanian? Nice looking but smelly?

Re: Spoilt kid
Very nice looking, batting above my average there. Grabbed a few SNOGS. She smelled odd, like the inside of a cupboard.

Re: Spoilt kid
My staff pay very close attention to WHU results. If we win they're happy, if we lose they stay out of my way for a day or two.

I actually didn't realise how much it affected my mood until one of them pointed out. Fortunately for them they were smart enough to do so after a win so I spared them.

It usually pisses me off until at least Wednesday, irrational or what.

Yesterday was different though shit as we were we have been spoilt this season already. Not as grouchy as usual.

Shocking thread. But almost worse replies. Dump, this is so below you.

Special mention to norwichammer, you are a proper sad cunt with your stupid emojis

Loads more on here too that need to give them a rest, you know who you are, cunts.

They don't generally. I would think most adults can control their emotions about football and not let it affect the rest of their lives

Re: Spoilt kid
I used to be in a foul mood until about Wednesday if we'd lost. Now, it doesn't really bother me as I have other things going on and you realise that those cunts are not worth spoiling half your week over, considering what is important in your life.

I still refuse to watch MoTD though and I don't pay attention to who we're playing until at least Friday afternoon, if we've lost the previous weekend.

Re: Spoilt kid
Not sure I've ever really been majorly bothered for more than a few minutes so long as I feel the team at the time are giving their all.

Plus seeing as we've won nothing since I've been going to games, it's not as if we've fallen from grace.

Probably helps not being one of the deluded mob though I suppose, as I expect fuck all.

Re: Spoilt kid
Results used to determine how my weekend ended up. But this year I don't feel as bad when we loose maybe it's because when I look at the other results and see the rent boys have lost again it instantly puts a smile back on my face.

This.

Generally I find having very low expectations for most things in life including WHU results leads to a much happier time..

Same here. This year for some reason I'm much calmer. Still don't watch any other football or buy the Sunday papers though if we lose.
